The template is designed for a suggested minimum crew of seven with the ability for it to run an organising crew of thirty with unlimited capacity for handling volunteers, performers and attendees.
A Four Tier admin section allows for the following levels of communication;
Tier 1 - Festival Directors - Forums and Groups (DI - Directors Only)
Tier 2 - Organisers - Forums and Groups (AM - Organisers & Directors Only)
Tier 3 - Crews and Coordinators - Forums and Groups (AO - Crews, Coordinators, Organisers & Directors Only)
Tier 4 - Participants - Forums and Groups (All Registered Site Users)
A Position Based Management System - PBMS

The PBMS allows your festival team to quickly assume positions within the website to immediately be able to access a range of powerful organising and communication based Tools.
For example, the Volunteer Coordinator in their team a Cleanup Crew and a Traffic Crew. Each one of these positions has their own group, forum, email addresses and private messaging, skype.. You can send files, chat and mark things on maps. Each one with it's already predefined levels of security.
